Naples Piano Teacher Chris Lampos

Chris Lampos - Naples Piano Lessons Teacher

PianoUnlimited was formed in 1972 by Christine (Chris) Lampos. Chris has a 40 year background in piano which includes performing, teaching, and tuning pianos. Chris holds a Bachelor of Music in Piano and a Master of Music in Theory from Wisconsin College - Conservatory of Music in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She also earned a Diploma from Niles Bryant School of Piano Tuning/Technics in Sacramento, California.

After acquiring her Masters Degree, Chris began her teaching career at Mount Mary College pre-college division in class piano and similarly at Gloria Dei Bethesda Lutheran School. Simultaneously, she was conducting private lessons for up to 50 students. Chris successfully coordinated and organized recitals, auditions, and competitions as well as annual community service events for her students and typically had them place in the top two rankings in auditions.

As a performer, Chris was represented by Artists Corporation of America and Consolidated Radio Artists. She toured throughout the Midwest region performing piano for four years.

Tuning pianos became a passion when Chris learned how many pianos in student's homes and in public facilities were out of tune. She tuned the piano at the Mitchell Park Domes for the Milwaukee Area Piano Teachers Association (MAPTA) piano performing events and offers her services to the general public.
